I need a retail Store Manager with 10 years retail experience , preferably in Firearms and Outdoor industry. Afrikaans essential due to the clientele. This role will assist in the day-to-day running as a Store Manager for a Safari Outdoor store, with the ultimate purpose of maximising sales and profitability. This role will also be responsible for excellent stock taking in all aspects and representing the Company in a professional way by always being neat, well presented and well spoken. Store Manager maintain companies' stock inventories to meet business requirements. They maintain purchase and pricing reports, replenish stock levels, and oversee shipments and internal stock transfers. Running the Branch and the warehouse from A to Z. Staff Management. Stock Control. Reports. Vendor liaison. Retail hours working every 2nd weekend. 10 years experience as a Retail store Manager. Matric essential. Must have knowledge of firearms with hunting / shooting experience. Afrikaans essential due to clientele. R40K CTC Medical and Pension of 100% payed by the employee.
