RN: NICU - Vereeniging
Minimum Requirements:
- Post Graduate qualification in Neonatal Science.
- BLS Qualification.
- Updated ACLS/ PALS/ ATLS/NALS advantageous.
- Must be registered with SANC.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Provide 24/7 care for premature and critically ill newborns. Perform essential medical procedures, administer medications, and manage care plans.
- Monitor care quality, participate in audits, document patient services accurately, and contribute to infection control efforts.
- Actively participate in resuscitation efforts and provide guidance on critical care technologies.
- Foster positive patient experiences, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams for improved patient care.
- Engage in CPD activities, mentor staff, and promote a culture of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
