We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Hybrid Sales Account Managers to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager at Connected Networks, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of network connectivity products, and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you Job Description: Manage and nurture 30 existing accounts to maximize wallet share and revenue. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Identify and target 20 new prospective customers. Develop and execute strategies to win new business and expand market presence. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilize your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and drive sales initiatives. Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide consultative solutions. Present and demonstrate the value of Connected Networks' products and services. Monitor and report on sales performance, including KPIs, OKRs, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management. Take advantage of our world-class training resources to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the network connectivity industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Please only apply if you have worked before with network connected industry where you supported product like Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) Leased Lines, Wavelength / Optical Connectivity / DWDM, Ethernet Services, Data Centre Services (Colocation), Network Security (ZTNA / Firewalls / Secure Web Gateway / Remote Access), SD-WAN, MPLS Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and achieve results without constant supervision. Strong understanding of network connectivity technologies and products offered by Connected Networks. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred Proven ability to organize and manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
