Itec SA has an exciting vacancy for a Direct Sales Admin Manage. The rolle is responsible for the management of the end-to-end administration of sales transactions for the head-office sales team. The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and experience in working with business systems and processes. Sales co-ordination: Submit deals for credit vetting Liaise with the respective rep and Manager on approval criteria Complete deal paperwork with Info supplied by the sales rep; Agreement, Annexure, landlord and insurance confirmations, cash deals proforma, invoices and statements Facilitate stock ordering Ensure all invoicing agrees to signed contracts and costs agree to stock purchase orders Request release notes from the finance houses for the deals Co-ordinate delivery and installation confirmations Keep track of back orders and escalate delays where required to facilitate a seamless sales process Co-ordinate internal sales workflows in Itec's document management system (M-Files) Compile and submit commission sheets monthly Follow up on finance and cash deal payments Following up on all outstanding payments as per Debtors book for Direct sales Assist with allocation of payments or discrepancies raised by the treasury department Liaise with Itec SA Legal on any contractual changes on Rental and Service Agreements Live deal sheet to be maintained for internal reporting and deal tracking purposes Assist with processing issues to get the deals across the various departments i.e. Finance, Contracts department, Stock Controllers, Logistics Provide Support and Guidance to the sales administrator Essential qualifications Matric MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Good understanding of accounting principles and business processes Essential experience 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role Strong reporting and administrative skills Market Related
