This role is vital for driving our sales growth, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational support for our team. If you are passionate about sales, marketing, and customer service, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Pace Car Rental Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase rental sales and achieve growth targets. Rate per Day Analysis: Monitor and analyze daily rental rates to ensure competitive pricing and maximize revenue. Marketing Management: Oversee all marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions, and brand management. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion. Operational Responsibilities: Rental Reservations: Manage rental reservations to ensure a seamless customer experience. SAML Sales: Handle sales inquiries and transactions via the SAML system. Checked Payments on RCM: Verify and process payments using the RCM system. Debtors – Helping with Billings: Assist in billing processes for debtors. Creditors: Manage creditor accounts and ensure timely payments. Loading of Services and Maintenance: Oversee the loading and scheduling of vehicle services and maintenance. Assisting Clients in Office: Provide in-office support to clients, addressing their needs and queries. Customer Queries: Handle and resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the car rental industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
