Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients The Sales Assistant responsibility is to assist the Sales Manager, Sales Team and to successfully manage the JHB House customer base and add value to each one of the customers. Maintain and update administration requirements, i.e. Customer Base, Pricing Tiers, Spec Data Sheets Manage and update Customer Data Base with contact details and pricing tiers. Update pricing on Share Drive. Update Spec Data Sheets on Share Drive Assist in setting regional standard price list templates, and Customer special price list templates. E-mail price lists and/or product pictures to customers upon requests. Update CRM entries on SmartEdge (to be loaded by the end of each week) Grade 12 required Post Secondary Certificate / Diploma Sales experience is required, a minimum of 2 years, in the Cleaning Industry is advantageous. Strong technical skills – Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel – Intermediate Level, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Must have experience in Excel Must be target driven. Self-motivation & ambition Skills to work both independently and as part of a team. Time management & prioritisation skills (good time management, planning and follow-up skills, as well as ability to meet deadlines) Good administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Attention to detail. Able to work under pressure. Accountable, responsible, and reliable Customer focused.
