The associate will be creating a shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome and comfortable during their experience. Essential Functions Assist customers in all aspects of service fulfilment by demonstrating proficient use of proprietary devices and applications. Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales. Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing and replenishment of stock. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Ability to read, write and interpret product knowledge. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to build relationship. Must posses a thirst for knowledge. Previous sales experience in the industry is an advantage. Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17h00 Saturday and public holiday 08:00 - 16:00, Sunday 9:00 - 14:00. Every second weekend off.
