Proven ability to identify and create opportunities Understanding customer requirements to ensure suitable solutions are proposed Attention to detail Self-driven & energetic Good negotiation & computer skills Organized and structured Strong customer service orientation Excellent communication skills having the ability to converse and interact at all levels 3-5 years' experience preferably in the transport industry or with high value capital assets Solution selling of truck bodies & trailers Service existing customers and grow existing customer base Preparation of quotations and costings Preparation of Job sheets & specification sheets for new orders Handling of communication & progress reports for new orders Professional handover of new vehicles Provide solutions & technical support to customers Handling & resolving of customer complaints Plan and conduct visits to outlying areas from time to time Prepare weekly reports and planning to maximize sales effectiveness
