In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, and your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate their value proposition will be essential to their success. Responsibilities: Prospect for and identify qualified leads through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling Conduct thorough lead qualifications to ensure they fit the products or services well. Research and understand prospect needs and challenges to effectively position their solutions Develop strong communication skills to build rapport and engage leads in meaningful conversations. Set qualified appointments for Account Executives and ensure a smooth handoff. Manage a personal sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting individual and team goals. Utilize CRM software to record lead interactions and pipeline data accurately. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and company offerings. There should be no audible sounds heard from TV / Radio / Music / Children / Pets / Smoke Alarm Battery beeping, etc.). Mobile phone capable of running the Duo Multi Factor Authentication App. This App is used as a security measure logging into your workplace. A USB headset (not aux cord with USB adapter headset). Bluetooth / wireless headsets are not sufficient and cannot be used. Headsets can have 1 or 2 “ears” based on personal preference but need to have USB connection directly to PC. UPS or backup generator if you cannot guarantee 99% of the time (e.g., loadshedding in South Africa). If collecting credit card information (for reservations) a camera is required for PCI compliance. A second monitor is needed to make navigating your systems much easier. It does not need to be a new monitor and can be any brand.
