Elyon Lubricants is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative or Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by expanding our presence in the lubricants market. We are looking for a seasoned professional who not only brings a wealth of experience in the lubricant industry but also possesses a strong ability to forge key distribution partnerships and penetrate lucrative markets. This is a contract role for a Senior Sales Executive. As a Senior Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and meeting sales targets. Developing sales strategies and setting up goals. Generating leads and reaching out to prospects. Weekly Field Customer Visits Generating Customer Database Handling and resolving client queries and complaints. Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes. Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software. Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data. Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Taking part in team meetings. Requirements Proven track record of successful sales experience Must have own vehicle and valid drivers licence Experience in Lubricants or related Industries Bachelor Degree is high beneficial CRM & Sales Reporting Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the automotive or lubricants industry is a plus Proven track record of successful sales and distribution of lubricants with at least five years of relevant experience. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Market Related Remmuneration Gross Salary between R 15 000 - R 20 000
