What you'll need To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in industrial filtration or a related field, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. A strong technical background and understanding of industrial filtration technologies are essential. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software are also required. Additionally, you must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel extensively within Sub-Saharan Africa. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
