Key Responsibilities:
· Managing and achieving sales volumes
· Cold calling, sourcing and acquiring new business
· Ensuring customer satisfaction
· Ensure orders are taken accurately and priced correctly
· Managing sales queries
· Building and retaining relationships
· Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management
· Minimum of 2-4 years experience in the FMCG market
· Excellent telephonic etiquette
· Strong general knowledge of the food service industry
· Strong planning, and organising skills and ability to multitask
· Must have excellent communication skills, in English both written and spoken
· Good team player and excellent customer service skills
