We are currently recruiting for a skilled and high-performing Sales Manager to meet our customer requirements. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and revenue growth targets to keep our company competitive and innovative in the Textile Industry Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Drive the Sheraton Textiles Sales portfolio with the Key Account Managers. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Acquisition of new clients and management of key accounts. Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels. Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of the given objectives. Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organisational goals. Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers. Present sales, profit margins, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Executive team and Board. Manage, oversee and guide the Key Account Managers in their respective portfolios with their customers Staff coaching, training and management of a team of key account managers. Coaching and assessing individual performance through observation and measurement. Setting goals, performance targets and reviews across the team of key account managers. Proven experience in a Textile manufacturing environment for at least 5 years. Ambitious and proven track record of success in sales environment 5 – 10 years' experience in a Managerial position and in managing a team Demonstrate understanding and experience of working within a fast-paced sales environment. Proven experience of sales reporting and effective critical path management Product knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent organizational skills Financial skills and ability to set up and interpret financial reports Ability in problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure and achieve or exceed sales and margin targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on customer contracts. Tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Negotiable depending on experience
