Our client invites applications from articulate sales representatives to join their team in KwaZulu Natal and Johannesburg regions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales with a passion for exceeding targets and building long-lasting customer relationships. Duties: Present, market and sell products and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning. • Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and consumer rapport. • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling. • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. • Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time. • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. • Monitor sales and status updates, assess the potential of the market or region. • Conduct products presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits solutions. • Supply management with reports. • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in our industry . • Continuously improve through feedback Required Skills New Business Development: 3 to 4 years Sales: 5 to 6 years Manage Relationships: 5 to 6 years Candidate Requirements Proven work experience as a Technical Sales Representative would be advantageous. Grace 12 5 years Technical Sales experience – telecoms or Security Industry experience is preferable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Clear Criminal Records • Actively promote the sale of company products and generate increased sales from potential new customers. • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive professional business relationships. • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of meeting sales or exceeding targets. • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs. • Ability to manage relationships. • Must be self-motivated, excellent written ,spoken English and Afrikaans is a huge advantage. Offer: Basic R15,000 Commission, market related. • Own Car essential with valid Driver's License Willingness to travel within the KZN region and nationally if necessary . • Petrol and Cellphone allowance
