Minimum requirements:

Matric
FAIS Compliant: RE5 and NQF5
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working in the Transportation or Automotive industry
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance particularly in the Transport sector
Basic computer literacy
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to designated areas such as truck depots
Fluent in English, Afrikaans and any other African language

Key responsibilities:

Providing telephonic / email support to the intermediary on record, authorized representatives from the brokerage and broker services
Assisting to resolve all insurance queries within required timeframe and compliance requirements
Source and maintain new and existing business as per company business model
Upselling of insurance products and silo business
Engage with potential clients and obtain a needs analysis of their short-term insurance needs
Conduct presentations to potential clients
Ensure compliance and procedural requirements are always met
