Selling product and Service using solid arguments. Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future Sales Reach out to customers To take part in making the sales budget. To follow the sales budget figures and KPI's established and approved by the Managing Director. To train the customers in terms of company product, its properties, advantages and application area. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes with schedules. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales report to Managing Director. Supply Managing Director with reports on customers needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services. To have the general knowledge of the stone wool product, its main properties and applications. Excellent selling, communication and Negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Matric/ Grade 12 Degree or Equivalent 2 years direct or inside Sales experience. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Experience in Insulation wool. Knowledge of new business development. Knowledge of tender process, vendor list Willing to Travel and looks for new customers Computer Literate- Knowledge of Pastel system and Advance word and Excel programme will be an advantage.
