We are looking for an energetic sales representative, with a high work ethic Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features. Product Knowledge Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Sales Negotiations Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, to close deals effectively. Sales Targets Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company to ensure business growth and personal performance goals are achieved. Customer Feedback Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and submit regular reports to management. Market Research Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of competitors. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Training and Development Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices to enhance sales skills and knowledge. Follow-up and Customer Support Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise. Administrative Tasks Handle various administrative tasks related to sales activities, such as preparing sales proposals, and quotations. Travel Travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as required. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with office automation products and services such as printers, copiers, document management systems, and software solutions. Sales Experience Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in office automation or related fields. Technical Proficiency Understanding of technical aspects of office automation equipment and the ability to explain complex products to customers. Customer Relationship Management Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiation Skills Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively. Market Research and Analysis Experience in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Presentation and Demonstration Proficiency in delivering product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Lead Generation Experience in generating leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. CRM Software Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage sales activities and customer interactions. Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using office automation products and services. Basic Salary: Negotiable from R10 500.00 per month Commission: Determined by a sliding scale %. Scale % is determined by the amount of Gross Profit generated from monthly sales.
