Our pharmaceutical/agricultural client, based in Spartan JHB, is looking to employ a Sales Support Administrator to process their South African and Sub-Saharan Africa orders and support the Reps and Sales team. This position is suited to a mature minded individual who has meticulous administration skills and the ability to support and grow excellent client support relationships. The ability to conduct business in fluent Afrikaans is essential. Job Duties Ability to develop strong relationships with clients telephonically and via email Working closely with local and international sales representative and managing incoming orders Admin duties related to processing orders Tracking shipments and following up with clients Updating reps Monthly maintenance of existing customer lists – securing repeat orders and processing monthly distribution for delivery schedule Ability to produce proforma invoices Processing invoices on Pastel Total responsibility for logistics of Export Sales and local sales Updating and liaising with clients via email Problem and solving and responding to queries Processing export documents – proforma invoices etc SARS compliancy Ability to work with foreign exchange Freight quotes and liaising with freight companies (road, sea and air) Liaising with Buying Department and monitoring stock supplies Following up with International debtors Data capturing Administrative and support functions to various team and interdepartmental colleagues Opportunity to learn and perform in various levels of the business as proven multitasking skills are demonstrated. Minimum Requirements: Fluent in Afrikaans (Essential) & English Matric Strong communication skills, telephonic and written Internet, Email, Excel and Pastel experience Meticulous attention to detail Export Procedural experience minimum 2 years Drivers License and own transport essential Available Monday -Friday, with a roster of some days on “late shift” ending at 5:30pm Experience related
