Job Title: Sales Team Member - Bridging Finance Sector

Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales team member to join a growing team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong passion for sales and customer satisfaction and has at least 5 years of experience in property or the conveyancing sector. As a leading provider of short-term property finance solutions, the company specializes in assisting estate agents/property practitioners, property sellers, conveyancing attorneys, property developers, and small to medium business enterprises. This position offers high commission structures with a modest basic salary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the bridging finance products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate/property finance industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Must have a valid driver''''s license, own car, laptop, and mobile phone for appointments and travel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and professionalism are essential.
