Description Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in a similar industry) Experience in working with Business Analytics Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team Knowledge of the mobile application industry and technology trends Strong understanding of the end to end SDLC Responsibilities: Implementing the Product Increment process within the organization which includes commitment and delivery per quarter Remove impediments and blockers Working with management to implement and ensure effective SDLC End to end project delivery Managing the squad – Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, UI and UI team members during sprints Leading and coaching the teams in ways of working (Agile & Scrum Managing and facilitating MVP definition of projects
