Agility and quick reflexes to respond effectively to security threats or emergencies. Security Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment, threat analysis, and security protocols. Familiarity with surveillance techniques, access control, and perimeter defence strategies. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain clear and concise communication under pressure and in high-stress situations. Discretion and Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality. Professional appearance, with the ability to represent the organization and its clients with integrity and respect. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other security personnel, and clients Willingness to follow instructions and support team members in achieving common security objectives. Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on client schedules and security needs. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop effective countermeasures. Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced and unpredictable environments Ethical Standards: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing security operations. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the organization and its clients Grade 12 Valid Psira Certification 3 Years working experience as a security guard Must reside in Randfontein or surrounds Clear criminal record SARS Certificate Bank Account Verification Police Clearance Certificate
