Senior Accountant sought for financial services industry (office based position) Full function accounting duties up to Trial balance, including payroll responsibilities, budgeting & forecasting etc. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing 2 staff members. Full function accounting duties up to Trial balance, including payroll responsibilities, budgeting & forecasting etc. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing 2 staff members. Requirements - Qualifications and Experience Completed SAICA articles. ▪ Overall, 5 years post-article experience including audit principles. ▪ BCom/ B. Accounting degree Honour's degree or alternatively a post graduate diploma. ▪ A minimum of 1 - 2 years' post-qualification experience in Payroll (preferably in People 300/VIP Payroll). ▪ Caseware knowledge and experience. ▪ Applied knowledge of IFRS. ▪ Knowledge of internal controls: identify and fix. ▪ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
