Adherence to financial processes in relation to loading of creditors and payment of suppliers on AX system and on the banking system. Taking ownership in ensuring all Supplier reconciliations is presented on time with all queries resolved in a timely manner. Ensuring that no issues raised during audits. Resolve queries within 48 hours of receipt. Payments to be made on Wednesday and as per agreed supplier terms. Ensure correct and accurate financial documentation is received. All new beneficiaries have vendor forms with the correct documentation attached. All reconciling items to be resolved within 2 months on supplier reconciliations. All filing done timeously and no missing documentation.
