A self-directed, highly organised Senior Data Analyst is required for our Head Office I.T department based in JHB. Data Analysis Strategy Data Gathering and Analysis Valuable data insights Data integrity Business partnering Project management Ad Hoc Experience Financial Analysis and deep understanding of data extraction and manipulation of data techniques. Proficient in SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau or a suitable programming language (Python) Proficiency with building predictive models in a suitable programming language, as well as proficiency with Microsoft applications. Exposure to Machine Learning programs. Strong Financial Modelling experience. Highly skilled at simplifying complex data into simple written analysis including the use of visual representations of data outputs. Experience using analytics techniques (AI/Machine Learning, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, Root Cause Diagnostics) to solve for defined business problems. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptable, time management and communication skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboration across multiple teams and build sound working relationships. Listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Understanding of current data protection and privacy laws Passionate about achieving results and statistics. Strong knowledge of statistical concepts Strong ability to identify trends, business opportunities, etc. Strong awareness of critical business issues and priorities Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple assignments at the same time. Qualification Matric Bachelor's(Minimum) or Master's (Preferable) degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.
