to employ the Internal Audit Methodologies in support of management decisions to implement the approved audit assisgnments in line with our clients policies, operation plans, and processes. The role will be all things IT audit related in the internal Audit function reporting to the internal Audit Manager. The secondary focus is to assist the internal Auditing Corporate and Institutional teams in developing digital and continuous auditing strategies through data analytics and scripting. Policy, systems and procedure implementation Core objectives implementation Performance controlling Stakeholder management and relationships Project facilitation Budget optimisation Compliance monitoring and evaluation Information and knowledge management Reporting and Accountability Qualification: Minimum NQF Level 7 - B. degree in information systems, computer science, or any ICT related field with experience in Internal Auditing Computer Literacy - Profiecient - Computer Literacy and competency beyond the intermediate level Drivers License Preferred NQF Level 7 - B. degree in information systems, computer science, or any ICT related field with experience in Internal Auditing Other degrees/qualifications/ diploma that would be advantageous or working towards CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditing CISM - Certified Information Security Manager CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional OR, CISSP-ISSMP - Information Systems Security Management Professional or other equivalent Experience Minimum 5 years experience in ICT Auditing in private or public sectors 2 years experience in a senior ICT Auditing role Strong technical skills in information security management and related standards Knowledge of information technology general computer controls and application controls intermediate project management skills Intermediate knowledge of the higher education sector Preferred More than 5 years experience in an ICT auditing or SQL development/administartion role in private or public sector 3 years experience in a senior ICT auditing or SQL development role Advanced SQL scripting skills And etc.
