We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Term Contractor Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic Consulting team on a client project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process design, optimization, and implementation in Financial Sector. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for, conducting analyses, and developing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall efficiency. Project Leadership: Manage process engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and cross-functional teams, leveraging your deep understanding of end to end Process management. Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts by implementing best practices, conducting root cause analyses, and driving corrective actions. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement robust quality control measures that meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards related to process operations. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (typically 8 years) in process engineering. Strong technical proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD software. Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
