Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as online job portals, social media platforms, and networking events Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to determine their suitability for specific positions Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate profiling, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate onboarding process Collaborate with colleagues to develop recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in the recruitment database Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (3 years) Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates Sales Driven Benefits A young, collaborative, vibey working environment with success-driven teammates.
