Services Administrator - Port Elizabeth

Basic Requirements:

  • Formal Tertiary education: Minimum Grade 12
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years administrative experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Good time management skills
  • Languages:
    • English Read, write and speak (required)
    • Afrikaans Read, write and speak (optional)
  • Drivers Licence: Code 8

Job Objectives:

  • Handle all Services administration duties quotations for spares and call outs; manage warranty and repairs parts; manage the complete spare part process quote, order, shipping, delivery and invoicing; manage all the Services shipping requirements; handle the M-project process loading the project, allocate budget, etc.
  • Keeping all registers up to date
  • To provide an effective service through all access channels to include the phone, email, face to face and online digital services and to bring enquiries to a satisfactory resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quote, order and deliver spares on time
  • Make sure quotes are accurate

Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998
