Our client, a leading manufacturing powerhouse in Johannesburg South , is on the lookout for a detail-oriented SHE Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role may develop into a SHEQ role in time. The primary responsibility is ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a SHE role within a manufacturing concern, preferably in food packaging. Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and best practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and SHEQ management software. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Maintain records of safety and environmental incidents, investigations, and corrective actions. Coordinate and facilitate safety training programs and weekly health and safety meetings. Log and investigate IODs (Injury on Duty). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote health, wellness, and sustainability initiatives within the workplace. Report directly to the Plant Manager.
