Primary Role Summary:
Obtaining good output, extraction and product quality by adjustments and control of the milling plant. The target is to obtain optimum milling performance.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Criteria:
- GMF Module 4 and Trade Tested
- Wheat grading and fumigation will be an added advantage.
- HACCP will be an added advantage.
- 5 Years experience post Trade Tested
- 5 Years Wheat Milling in a 16 TPT mill.
- Be familiar with PLC operated plant.
- Have worked at least in a 20 ton per hour Mill
