To oversee and manage the Shift process on a Shift basis. Ensure the smooth running of the mill so that the customer can receive his good quality feed on time in a cost effective way. Managing and Supervising staff and their workload Implement and management of Housekeeping Administration and coordination of stock Administration and implementation of Shift admin Maintaining of equipment and machinery Administer and coordination of raw material and finished product Managing and coordination of loads and trucks Managing Safety Health and Risk Finance and administration Qualifications : · Matric (Grade 12 Certificate) · Production or Supervisory related qualification would be an advantage Legal requirements: · Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver's license Experience : · 3 Years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing & milling environment · Ability to speak, read and write English Knowledge : · Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook · Problem solving and decision-making skills · Conflict handling skills · Communication and influencing skills · Relationship building and team leadership skills · Computer skills (MS Office) · Written communication skills · Negotiation and Selling skills · Positive, pro-active, results-driven attitude · Innovative · Highly ethical and principle-driven · Committed, dedicated, motivated · Self-starter and follow-though · Energy, drive, courage and tenacity · Required to work with minimum supervision
