· Installation: Install and configure ManageEngine Log360 SIEM to meet organizational requirements. · Configuration: Customize and optimize Log360 SIEM to ensure optimal performance and integration with existing systems. · Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain Log360 SIEM, ensuring high availability and reliability. · Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Log360 SIEM. · Monitoring: Monitor system performance and security alerts, ensuring timely and effective response to incidents. · Reporting: Generate and analyze security reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. · Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SIEM implementation and maintenance. · Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with ManageEngine Log360 SIEM. · Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of SIEM architecture and security monitoring principles. o Proficiency in log management, correlation, and analysis. o Experience with integrating Log360 SIEM with other security tools and platforms. o Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. o Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). · Certifications: ManageEngine certifications are required. CISSP and CISM certifications are an added advantage.
