Are you interested in a Site Service Administrator career in Woolworths Supply Chain and Logistics? Main Purpose To effectively provide administrative support to the Site Services Department. Key Responsibilities Ensure that access control information including reports is managed and updated regularly Placing order requests from site services team Coordination and control of Staff Transport as per requirements Administer and oversee Good Business Journey information Allocation job requests received from Unicentre in line with SLA requirements Monitor and report daily performance against maintenance schedules Prepare and maintain performance statistics, OHASA and charity information Monitor and report maintenance expenses versus budget Maintain the site asset register information Provide assistance and advice on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues to make recommendations to facility management Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training Keeping all Health and Safety and Hygiene documents up to date and filing thereof Perform other work related tasks as required and assigned To ensure that High Service Standards are Maintained at all times Adherence to company policies, procedures and legislation (e.g. OHASA and SHE programme) in line with corporate governance Act in accordance with the Woolworths Values Key Competencies Practical knowledge of the end-to-end distribution and warehouse processes Knowledge of relevant computer packages (e.g. Excel) and is able to capture information and produce reports Knowledge of core business processes Ability to analyse and interpret problems Understanding of the business measures and targets directly relating to own role Able to scrutinize and interpret written and financial documentation identify mistakes and problems Understanding of the impact of own role on service delivery to internal and external customer Ability to identify operational obstacles and opportunities and refer to DC management Able to work flexible hours in line with business requirements (willing to work shifts) Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail Customer service mind-set Continues to strive for a goal even in the face of adversity OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS What theoretical knowledge (e.g. degree / diploma) does the job require? Grade 12/Matric. Relevant Occupational, Health & Safety qualification or minimum of 1 year experience SHE Training such as SAMTRAC or other relevant qualifications Drivers licence advantageous Project Management would be advantageous What experience (e.g. previous exposure) does the job require? Minimum 2 years Administrative experience Finance experience Data capturing Understanding and experience of SLA Other key requirements The deliverables are not limited to the accountabilities specified in the job advert.
