Description: Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SED and Social Impact Manager to join their team. As the SED and Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social and economic development (SED) initiatives and managing the company's social impact efforts. Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of the company's SED and Social Impact strategy and associated programs for Non-Managed Entities. Provide technical support to operational teams for best practice implementation on SED and Social performance. Lead higher profile engagement with all stakeholders. Create value for host communities. Support building the company's brand with stakeholders. Maximize socio-economic impact in communities. Manage social risk. Implement best practice social performance at operations. Work with relevant areas of the business to creatively engage stakeholders on social impact Requirements: Grade 12 Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, or a related field 10 years' experience in SED/social impact management. Extensive knowledge in developmental finance, economic development, or enterprise development is advantageous. Solid technical expertise, business acumen, and experience in designing and implementing socio-economic development programs in developing countries. Strong proficiency in delivering social management/Social-economic programs. Practical experience working at the site level. Proven track record of delivering complex programs on budget and schedule, and measuring socio-economic development impact.
