The Head of Software Engineering will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, optimizing development workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Matric Bachelors or Masters Degree. Requirements Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and design. Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and modern technologies/frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Node.js, Docker, etc). Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in SaaS or enterprise software development KPA'S Leadership and Strategy. Define and implement engineering best practices, standards, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, design, QA) Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and tools.
