Description RPO Recruitment's client, a well-known retail company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to join their team. As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the sourcing processes and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the company. Responsibilities: Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities Coordinate and execute the procurement process, from RFQ to delivery Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers Manage supplier relationships and maintain a supplier database Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and maintain documentation Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the retail industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software Knowledge of sourcing strategies and best practices Attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Benefits Salary: R300K/yr - R400K/yr, salary negotiable Training and Development Family leave (Maternity leave; Paternity leave) Paid Time Off (if applicable) RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
