We are seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Capital team. As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, identifying, attracting, and assessing top talent to fill our clients staffing requirements. You will operate within the Company policies and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Candidate Sourcing and Assessment Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates Manage candidate applications Match candidate CVs received to job spec Conduct initial screenings and interviews to match and assess candidates experience, qualifications, skills and corporate culture fit. Headhunt candidates to fit positions Understand Employment Equity/ BEE Transformation strategy to inform sourcing and placement decisions Hiring Manager Collaboration Collaborate with hiring managers to compile job specs and understand hiring needs Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure an understanding of managers requirements and business objectives Organise and facilitate briefings of recruitment agencies to pass on this understanding Advise mangers of correct process and operating procedures Job Postings and Marketing Manage internal and external job postings Manage internal recruitment reward programs Load and manage recruitment pages and vacancies on the website Place and manage job advertisements on social media and other platforms Process and Administration Ensure the full recruitment process and procedure is professionally and properly managed from start to completion for each position Accurately compile and complete all required paperwork for each role, including approval forms, recruitment guides, engagement forms etc. Update and manage the recruitment tracking spreadsheet Interviews Co-ordinate the full interview process Assist managers in conducting interviews Conduct interviews to assess candidates for position fit Background Checks Complete required ITC, qualifications, and other background checks Complete full reference checks Recruitment Reporting Compile and update recruitment reports as required Compile and update bi-weekly REMCO reports Compile and update quarterly Employment Equity recruitment reports and provide recruitment activity feedback to the EE committee. Conduct recruitment surveys within the business as required Third Party Management Select and manage recruitment agencies including briefing, SLA and feedback management Negotiate terms and agreements with agencies Update recruitment agencies on employment offering Manage ITC and/or background checks providers Ensure an excellent service level from third parties to the business Create PO's for invoicing, obtaining payment approval and following up on proof of payment for record keeping and compliance purposes Offer Management Compile candidate dummy payslips Compile letters of appointment and employment contracts Explain offers to candidates Provide a full handover and collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless transition for new employee orientation A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Recruitment Specialist position Proven experience running a recruitment desk with multiple, varying roles Knowledge and experience working within the ITC Distribution industry is an advantage Knowledge of recruitment related labour law Experience conducting competency-based interviews is essential Experience working in a corporate HC environment of over 250 employees is an advantage Knowledge of a working HR department and experience collaborating with other HR functions Must have experience running a full end-to-end recruitment function R45 000.00 TCTC per month
