Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver controller support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures Duties and Responsibilities: Processes and Governance Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes Capture all new vehicle information onto applicable system to ensure system is updated and information available to users Capture customers vehicle customisation requirements onto system to ensure vehicles are booked for customisation Ensure vehicles are ready and checked before delivery to customers Finance Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance Client/Customer Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy internal ad external customers People Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills Technical Competencies Trust and Integrity Minimum Qualification: Matric Post Matric relevant qualification Minimum Work Experience: 1 - 2 years work experience within the motor industry
