• Compiling job cards for authorisation from management • Controlling stock and ordering of spares for the workshop • Completing and assisting with daily filing • Supervising and facilitating tyre change administrative requests • Keeping strict control of all spares and tyre stock • Daily reporting of Truck, Trailer, Genset and company assets • Consolidation and assessment of equipment inspections reports • Monitoring service intervals of company assets • Month end stock counts • Ensuring licencing schedules are updated timeously • Maintaining various supplier accounts Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in stock control in a logistics environment Computer literacy Able to work overtime and on weekends
