· Supervise and coordinate the receipt of incoming stock, ensuring that all deliveries are accurate and complete. · Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. · Ensure that any discrepancies or damaged goods are promptly reported and resolved. · Oversee the proper storage of stock to maintain orderliness and accessibility. · Implement and monitor storage procedures to ensure that stock is stored safely and efficiently. · Maintain accurate records of stock locations and quantities within the warehouse management systems · Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. · Coordinate with the warehouse team to facilitate the movement of stock within the warehouse. · Ensure that replenishment activities are carried out promptly to prevent stockouts and overstock situations · Utilize the warehouse management system to track and manage inventory · Ensure data accuracy within the WMS by performing regular audits and reconciliations. · Generate reports from the WMS to support inventory management and operational decision-making. · Grade 12 · A relevant qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred, · Proven experience in supply chain management within a warehouse environment. · Hands-on experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS). · Proficient in MS Office,
