Description REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in English and Afrikaans Code B drivers licence and own transport Immediately available Grade 12 and Proven qualification and/or certificates in Stores will be a distinct advantage. 5-7 Years' stock control experience with contactable references Relevant industry experience motor vehicle spares, machinery spares Proficiency in MS Office SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: Receiving Goods: Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. Storage Management: Organize and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and easy accessibility. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including purchasing, production, and logistics staff, to ensure seamless operations
