From initial concept to final construction, you'll guide projects with expertise and ingenuity, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and innovation at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Lead the structural design process from concept to completion, utilizing advanced engineering principles and cutting-edge technology. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Conduct thorough structural analysis and simulations to optimize designs for performance and efficiency. Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects. Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
