Recruitment of students through outreach programmes, direct marketing and personal selling of tertiary education courses/programs to ensure that student number goals are achieved.
Initiate and execute the activities of a sales funnel, from the lead generation of suitable candidates, conversion of prospects to applicants and ultimately, assist with the registration of new students.
Educate, inspire and advise students, parents/guardians, teachers, career counsellors, psychologists, and industry stakeholders on the companys educational products and industry while building and maintaining strong relationships with feeder school personnel
Qualifications:
Diploma or Advanced Diploma: Somatology, Health & Skin Care, Advanced Dermal Aesthetics.
Diploma or Degree: Marketing, Sales Management, Education, Communications, Business Management, counselling, is advantageous.
Working Experience:
5 years of working experience, unless you are a qualified Somatologist / Advanced Aesthetic Therapist, which is considered a strong advantage.
If you do not have a tertiary qualification of NQF 6 or more, at least 10 years of working experience in a related field would be considered
