Our client is rapidly growing sustainable clothing brand based in Cape Town, seeking a dynamic and organized Showroom Coordinator to join their team. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the showroom's appearance, managing inventory, engaging with clients, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and coordinating events. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for customer service. Studio/Showroom Management: Maintain the showroom's appearance to ensure it is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Arrange and rotate displays to highlight new collections and best-sellers. Track and manage inventory levels. Assist with production activities in the studio, including fittings, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth workflow in collaboration with the production team. Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Arrange and rotate displays to highlight new collections and best-sellers. Track and manage inventory levels. Client Relations: Greet clients, assist them with their needs, provide product information, and offer personalized styling advice. Schedule and manage client appointments and fittings. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist with sales activities, process transactions, and follow up on sales leads. Create and schedule social media content to promote the brand and showroom events. Organize and coordinate showroom events such as product launches, trunk shows, and private viewings. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and inventory. Prepare regular reports on showroom performance, sales, and client feedback for management. Assist in managing the showroom budget, including expenses for events and promotions. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align showroom activities with overall brand strategy. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and market demands to recommend improvements to the showroom experience. Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and enhance the showroom's appeal. Diploma or degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion/clothing industry. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation (Instagram; Facebook; TikTok) A keen eye for fashion and a passion for the industry.
