Your Superpowers Academic: Grade 12 (Matric) Experience: 12 - 24 months in a Sales Call Center environment Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach Communication: High proficiency in written and verbal English Tech-Savvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation Your Allies You'll be working closely with our operations/functional line and our external customers. Your Responsibilities Deliver excellent service and solutions that meet individual customer needs. Identify vulnerable customers and provide additional support. Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity. Use your product knowledge to proactively solve problems. Work to tight deadlines to meet service delivery targets. Adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws as well as regulatory compliance.
