Responsible for efficient supervision and to ensure that the housekeeping standards are being met and maintained throughout the facility and to report any shortcomings to the Superior Manager on site. All of the above needs to be upheld whilst holding a junior management function ensuring customer satisfaction according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, objectives mission & vision of the Client and CSG Cleaning and the Client, such duties may alter from time to time. Job responsibilities is herewith but not limited to: • Room allocations • Rostering of staff • Basic HR matters • Sign in sheet evaluation • Packing/arranging of caddies for GSA's • Issuing of linen • Inspecting of VD rooms to VR status (85) • Inspection of P/Areas • Assisting with stock counts • Engaging with CSG Cleaning OPS and A/GM ü NQF Level 4 (Matric) ü Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. ü Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. ü Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. ü Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. ü Willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond to meet the needs of employees and visitors. ü Computer Literacy – Opera & Microsoft Office ü Minimum of 3 year experience in the position
