Expertise Showcase: Showcase expertise in Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and XenServer, through effective system administration and troubleshooting; Demonstrate proficiency in managing virtualised desktops and applications within Citrix environments. 2. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT teams, system administrators, and end-users to understand business requirements and provide Citrix solutions that meet organisational needs; Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical concepts, provide support, and address user concerns related to Citrix environments. 3. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of Citrix configurations, policies, procedures, and best practices; Ensure Citrix environments comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to data protection and access control. 4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Utilise troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve Citrix-related issues, such as application delivery, performance degradation, connectivity issues, and system errors; Implement proactive measures and incident response strategies to minimise downtime and disruptions in Citrix environments. 5.
