Responsibilities:

Identify and define Microsoft GP application issues by conferring with clients
Providing clear problem definition and liaising with necessary technical experts/external consultants to resolve technical Microsoft Dynamics GP issues related to all the modules (Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing)
Testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment
Creating documentation (manuals) and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users
Thoroughly understanding ERP security subsystems to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization.
Creating basic SQL liaising with our Database Consultants to solve system error if a document didnt integrate/missing/duplicated to the system
Root cause (the basic cause of something) on the system error
Ensuring that all reports/calls are completed as and when required within the SLA time requested
Electronic data interchange (EDI): EDI Mapping
Establish specifications to prepare and evaluate alternative workflow solutions and controls.
Effectively documenting lessons learned during implementation and use as reference for new Sites on boarded
Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed timeously, namely timesheets, project sign off, and client communications where applicable
