Job & Company Descriptions A leading supplier in the construction industry within the Shared Services department are looking for a Team Leader Credit Control. As the Team Leader you will support the Credit Control Team in enhancing system efficiency and optimizing the collection process. As a Team Leader Credit Control, you will be responsible for the following: Assists Credit Controllers in optimizing debt collection efficiency within the credit control environment. Conducts monthly reviews to evaluate subordinates' performance using KPIs, targets, and action statements. Monitors team activities, including audit trails and credit allocations to respective accounts. Oversees and monitors the nationwide and bordering states' credit control functions. Ensures timely collection of funds and maintains outstanding debts at acceptable levels. Directs and supervises the Credit Control Team to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Implementing credit policies and procedures for credit vetting and debt collections. Engaging professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for granting credit facilities to new and existing customers within company policy mandates. Compile Credit Control Report Addressing internal control weaknesses in operations and conducting ongoing audits to uphold ethical and business standards. Qualifications: Completed National Diploma in Credit Management Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience within a similar role Mining and Manufacturing industry SAP would be beneficial Advanced Excel If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
