Minimum Requirements to apply: National Senior Certificate (Matric). 1 -2 years of admin experience beneficial but not required. Must have Strong technical skills in terms of computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook and other). Driver License will be beneficial but not essential. Company may request the individual to acquire at a later stage. Professional and great telephone etiquette. Decent communicative skills both in writing and speech. Bilingual English and Afrikaans. Job Duties: Replying to and sending of emails. Scheduling appointments, quotations, answering telephone and taking messages as needed. The applicant will be required to perform preventative maintenance checks on our clients' systems and draft reports on the findings (training will be provided for this). This person's role will include remote support for clients (on the job training provided) when needed. Additional administrative duties may be included in line with current job description.
